The PAS team is dedicated to working closely with your child to find caring, committed professionals in your neighborhood to provide the lessons or team experience of your child's dreams. See below for how to apply.
If you're new to the program we ask that you fill out the application form below. If you have already been a beneficiary we would be honored to have you back by filling out the renewal form. Our team looks forward to reviewing each application and are excited to have you on board!
Refer a Child
Do you know a child who could benefit from a PAS scholarship? Do you work with families with limited budgets struggling to provide experiences for their children? Please contact us, and share our mission with your colleagues. We find many of our most appreciative families through referrals from social workers, teachers, clergy and friends.
Scholarship Renewal
Are you a current of former PAS student? If so, please fill out a renewal form below. Our scholarships can be renewed annually, so children can continue to grow and pursue their passion. Please be sure to fill out the renewal application completely, demonstrating how this scholarship has positively impacted the child and why they wish to continue pursuing their passion.
